It was her highlight:) I spent a few hours there myself dancing up a Storm! but only one picture was taken. Thank heaven Carissa was in it.

Post cast...

On Wednesday Colton got his cast off ...he cried as we waited to get x-rayed, didn't mind the loud saw, and laughed when the doctor pressed on his foot, 4 weeks and we are healed hip hip horray!

Now I can't keep him of the shower . He asked to take a shower in his swim trunks! It's been sooo cold and rainy, but everyday he ends up in the swim trunks rain or shine.

Have you seen Grandma's Scriptures?

I 've been meaning to add this story to our wonderful family moments...and I hope I can remember all of it.
It all began one Monday Night...as most family home evening's it is very eventful, not too quiet, and always ends with prayer!

But a week ago we were learning about oh I can't even remember.. but the ah ha moment came!  It brought joy and tears to my heart when Emma got her scriptures out to read a scripture and she said "look my scriptures are marked and starting to look like Addie & Carissa's" then the older girls got there's out and Carissa said " Yeah but have you seen Grandma's!" and all together they said "I can't wait till mine look like Grandma's!"

Girls night out

We had our girls night out it was so fun we went and saw the BYU Folk dance team at the ISC in Oakland. They put on such a great show! Addie brought along Kara,  and then we pigged out on ice cream at 10'oclock at night, San Francisco Creamery was yummy! This has become our once a year event...I think it needs to be quarterly. Then Emma  & I can build up our strength to stay up till 11pm.

Merrill girls night out
The girls didn't even want to take this picture after we did all they said was how cute the men were....Carissa said, "they are probably married" ...Who cares they were really good. I think my girls may become folk dancers.
