I can't believe we will have 2 girls in Young Womens by the end of the year... we had a great time with the girls Tuesday night as Addison was introduced as a new incomming Beehive.

today I ran 1.87 miles in 24 mins....Yea me I'll get there

how to get to 7 miles in 8 weeks

Well I have started today! I am going to run 7 miles is 8 weeks so i thought I'd better get started. This morning I did 1.56 miles in 24 mins. I'm looking at the positive and thinking I can do this everyday I'll just add more distance...When it rains the treadmill will be my friend. Thanks to my daughters Ipod it makes running very enjoyable Today's music was Viva la Vida, a little Taylor Swift,Rhianna & All American Rejects wow ! I think i need to make my own play lists...I feel great I just need to take baby steps and then I'll be just like Forest.Now i think I need to buy new running shoes mine are about 3 yrs old... Until till my next run...

Colton is 10 months old today and busy as ever. He is standing up on everything we find him getting into things all the time... he is still an Army crawler.. his favorite thing to do is get into the socks while I'm folding laundry, he tips the basket over and then throws every sock out then picks a few to bite on. He's
got 3 teeth now but that 3rd one is not a top front its more like a "FANG" too bad its not Halloween!
