Something to look forward too.

#1 A wedding here I think this is my happiest place on Earth!

#2 The beach for Spring Break!

#3 Taco Tuesday's on Balboa with the family

Today I got my 3 reasons to get back on the wagon of eating right and feeling better, oh and add some running into that. Becky posted on her Facebook that she has 11 weeks till she gets married. It was what I needed to get my butt in gear. Today I started off really bad cookies and hot cocoa for breakfast ( that was just my treat) I went walking and now I'm off to replenish the house with lots of fruits and veggies. I'm sure Becky's 11 weeks are much different then mine but here's to 11 weeks of being healthier and happier and looking forward to a great vacation in April! I am so glad I have such a fabulous niece to motivate me and that my girls just are giggling over her getting married!

*now I need to update our January events we did have a few outings with a camera...until the next nap time.

Grandparents week

After Christmas we had a week of visitors, first Nana & Papa came to stay... it was so great to have them see our new house and get to spend some time with them.

Then we had Grandma and Grandpa come at the end of the week we went to see the lights at the Temple It really started to rain, then off to  eat ice cream at Fentons! Meagan came to dinner but we didn't get any pictures of her...We need her to come over more we miss her!
The funniest part about Fenton's was we walked in and saw the Lowder's who had the new boyfriend with Shauna(no picture) and then there was a big family that came in and the younger(cute) son was at the New Years Eve dance the night before.(No Picture) I really need to get that camera out of the purse more often.

Happy New Years Eve! We got all dressed up like we always do, brought our manners and ate a very yummy dinner at Lark Creek in Walnut Creek. The service with the kids was so wonderful!

It was so fun to share our tradition with Mom & Dad

When the week was over We were sad to see everyone go. It was so much fun for the Grandparents to come to us for Christmas.  We got to show them around town in the winter, feed them our favorite treats and share some of our own family (hybrid) traditions.

Wrapping up Christmas

Santa #1
Christmas was wonderful as always! The kids had fun shopping for each other, dancing in a ballet, sitting on Santa's lap(Carissa and Addie the most) and drinking tons of hot cocoa.

Santa brought everyone a bean bag chair...

Addie got a camera for Christmas here are some of her pictures during Christmas break. She took over 700 pictures. She really loves it as you can see.
